First on the market — Seller Self Payout lets your sellers cash out directly, giving your shop the same convenience and transparency as modern peer-to-peer marketplaces like Tradera and Vinted.
Sellers will see their wallet balance right inside your store in the Ribbn App. Once you’ve approved the sale amount to move into their wallet, they can cash out instantly—no delays, no fees, no confusion.
How it works (behind the scenes)
Funds from each sale in your store are initially held securely in Ribbn’s Stripe account.
When a merchant initiates a payout, the funds are released simultaneously to both you (the merchant) and the seller.
All banking data is securely processed between Tink and Stripe—two of Europe’s most trusted financial platforms.
Ribbn never stores banking information. Everything is instant, encrypted, and fully compliant with PSD2 regulations.
Seller flow

Sale completed:
When an item is sold, it automatically changes status to Sold – Return period open. -
Return period or payout approval:
Once your return period ends—or if your store doesn’t offer exchanges—you can select the products you’d like sellers to cash out for.
In Bulk Edit action bar you move them to status: Sold – Seller Self Pay.

An email notification to the seller

A new status card in the app letting them know funds are ready to cash out

Seller cashes out:
The seller can see the items that have been sold and ready to be paid out and taps the Cash Out button and follows the steps:

Connects their bank account via Tink using BankID

Or manually enters their IBAN number
