How to capture Orders in our Web POS

Learn how to quickly process in-store transactions using our web-based POS system. Capture orders, scan products, and accept payments seamlessly with a Stripe WiFi-based card reader and barcode scanner.

Our new web-based POS system is designed for high-paced retail environments, enabling faster and more efficient in-store transactions. Merchants can process payments directly from the web app using a Stripe WiFi-based card reader, making it perfect for tablets and other POS setups. Additionally, barcode readers that scan QR codes allow quick lookup of products assigned a QR or RFID tag.

You can also manually enter the quantity of items being sold, which is ideal for smaller products with fixed prices, such as "Caps 40kr" or "Men’s T-shirts 99kr," without needing to link them to a specific seller or product.

Steps to Capture an Order:

  1. Navigate to Orders > Create POS Order.

  2. If your store has multiple locations, select the correct location.

  3. Connect your Stripe Reader.

  4. Scan the products being sold using a barcode scanner or manually search and select them.

    1. Apply and save filters as Bookmarks to create a personalized workspace (e.g., all Listed items).

  5. Link the order to a customer—this is recommended for record-keeping and ensures the customer receives an order confirmation via email.

  6. Capture the payment using your selected reader.

  7. The order is now complete.
