How to Delete your Ribbn account (for Sellers)

Learn how to permanently delete your Ribbn seller account in a few simple steps. Fully GDPR-compliant and easy to manage from within the app.

If you’ve decided to step away from selling on Ribbn, you have the right to delete your account at any time. This process is quick, straightforward, and fully aligned with GDPR regulations.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the Ribbn app on your phone.

  2. Tap Account in the bottom menu.

  3. Select Account Details.

  4. In the box you see a link to Delete your account.

Once you confirm, your account—and all associated data—will be permanently deleted from our system. This includes your profile, listed items, and sales history.

Please note that all products and the name associated with the products will be saved in the merchants admin panel for record-keeping.
