How to give Ribbn access to your Shopify account

To help you set up your Shopify store, please follow these steps to grant us collaborator access:

1. Send us your Shopify store details 

• Send us both:

  • Your .myshopify.com store ID

  • The collaborator request code

• Here is how:

  • Log in to your Shopify admin.

  • Go to Settings > Domains.

  • Locate your URL ending in .myshopify.com – this is your store ID.
    
    

  • Then go to Settings > Users and permissions > Collaborators.

  • You’ll see a Collaborator request code – copy it.

2. Accept the collaborator request

• Once we’ve received the details above, we’ll send you a collaborator access request.

• To approve it:

  • Log in to your Shopify admin.

  • Go to Settings > Users and permissions > Collaborators.

  • Accept the Ribbn collaborator request.
    
    

Once access is confirmed, we’ll start setting up or migrating your Shopify store.
