Publishing items online can be done in just a few clicks using Ribbn’s bulk tools. Whether you're preparing for a special event or listing your full assortment, here’s how to manage online visibility.
Step 1: Select your items
Navigate to Products > All Products and filter the list down to the items you want to publish. If you’ve already tagged them—for example, “spring drop” or “just in”—simply filter by that tag.
At the bottom of the screen, click Select All. If more than 25 products match your filter, you’ll see a blue prompt in the Action Bar that lets you select all matching items across all pages.
1: Publish items for online purchase

With your items you want to publish online and make available for online purchases selected, go to Inventory & Availability and click Publish Online.

You’ll get a confirmation popup. Approve it.
This will immediately set the items to Listed, add the tag availableOnline, and make them shoppable on your site.
Optional: Make items visible but not shoppable (ideal for upcoming drops)

Click Inventory & Availability > Status Actions > In Inventory.

Choose Available in Store.
This will display the items on your webshop without making them purchasable yet. It’s a good way to build hype before a launch. You can also use this setting during in-store events to avoid double-selling items that are both online and physically available—essentially “pausing” their online availability while they’re on the floor.
Note:
To make sure the items appear online, double-check two things:

The item must have the tag AvailableOnline

The collection should include products with the status Available in Store. To update this, go to the collection, click the Products tab, and under Add Condition, set Status to include “Available in Store.”
When you're ready to open them for purchase, simply just change the status to Listed.
