How to remove items on Sale in Ribbn

Decide what happens to unsold items
- If the item did not sell, you have a few options:
  - Return it to the seller.
  - Donate it.
  - Keep it in the store but adjust its retail price to a new, lower price close to the sale price.
Properly remove the Clearance Status
- Filter items by Status:
  - Go to Product View > All Products
  - Filter on status: "Clearance."
  - Use any other applicable filters to narrow down the selection of items you wish to remove from sale.
- Select items to remove from Sale:
  - Mark the selected items.
  - Click Actions > Reset Sale/Clearance – this will revert the items back to "Listed" and remove all backend sale attributes.
Verify the item is no longer marked as Clearance
- Ensure that customers see the correct pricing and availability in your store.
- You can now edit the listing price if needed.

Important: Only this procedure correctly removes items from sale and clears all associated clearance attributes.
