Published items in your online store are displayed with the most recently updated items appearing first. This means the item that last changed its status to "Listed" will show at the top. To reorder your listed items, you’ll need to update their timestamps.
Here’s a quick way to do this:
- Navigate to Products in your Ribbn dashboard.
- Select the product(s) you want to move to the top of your list.
- Click on Actions (bottom left corner) and select Republish Listed Item.
This will update the timestamp and reorder the selected items so they appear as the newest.
