Learn how to invite team members to your Ribbn account

3. Add Users

Invite teammates who help run your shop, and make sure to add Ribbn Tech as a user so we can support you better.

Add the Ribbn Tech Team

  1. Go to: Settings icon (top right) > Users & Permissions > Create New User

  2. Enter the following details:

  3. Grant this user Manager permissions

  4. Do the same procedure for any new users you want to add, but with their name and email.

Adding us as a user allows our support team to access your account and assist with your setup. You can remove or adjust permissions anytime.

Note: There should only be one Admin role in your team and preferably that would be the business owner. All other members can be assigned Managers or Customer Support roles.
