👥 How to add Users to your account
Learn how to invite team members to your Ribbn account
3. Add Users
Invite teammates who help run your shop, and make sure to add Ribbn Tech as a user so we can support you better.
Add the Ribbn Tech Team

Go to: Settings icon (top right) > Users & Permissions > Create New User

Enter the following details:

First Name: Tech

Last Name: Team

Email: tech+yourshop@myribbn.com (replace “yourshop” with your store name)

Grant this user Manager permissions
- Do the same procedure for any new users you want to add, but with their name and email.
Adding us as a user allows our support team to access your account and assist with your setup. You can remove or adjust permissions anytime.
Note: There should only be one Admin role in your team and preferably that would be the business owner. All other members can be assigned Managers or Customer Support roles.
