How to Export Products in Ribbn

If you need to export product data for generating labels using a Dymo printer, creating a product categories report, or analyzing sales by merchants, you can do this through the Product View.

Steps to Export Products:

  1. Navigate to "Products"

    • Open the Product View in your Ribbn account.

  2. Filter Your Products

    • Use the filters to select the specific products you want to include in the export.

    • You can filter by various criteria, such as date range, category, or merchant, by adjusting the options in the Filter section.

  3. Select All Products

    • After applying your filters, click on the "Mark All" option to select all the displayed products.
      Note: Remember to press the "Select all xx products that matches this query" to the right of the Action button if you want all products to be exported. 

  4. Export as CSV

    • Go to Actions > "Export CSV".

    • A window will appear, allowing you to choose which columns to include in your report (see screenshot).

After completing these steps, your CSV file will be ready to download and use for your desired purpose.
