How to Export Sales Data

Introducing Export Sales Data
With Ribbn’s Export Sales Data feature, you can easily access essential information to stay on top of your business records. Key details available in the report include:

Net and Gross Sales: View both net and gross revenue figures.

Discounts: Includes manual discounts and store credit issued by sellers.

Sales Channel: Identify whether the order was processed through the Ribbn app, Webshop, or manually created in the desktop admin panel.

Seller and Store Commission: Breakdown of commissions for sellers and stores.

Taxes: Includes any applicable VAT or sales tax.

Payment System: Determine the payment method used:

Stripe or Zettle for card payments.

If the column is blank, the payment was made via Swish.

Step-by-Step Guide to Export Sales Data

Access the Ribbn Admin Panel:

Visit https://myribbn.com/admin.

Set the Desired Time Interval:

Use the date filter to specify the period for the sales report, just as you would for viewing sales statistics.

Click “Export Sales Data”:

Find and click the Export Sales Data button.

Check Your Email:

A CSV file with your sales data will be sent to the selected email address.
