How to import customers

Learn how to import customers or sellers into Ribbn using a CSV file and our ready-made template for fast, accurate bulk onboarding.

Import customers or sellers from your Excel file or previous system with ease. By uploading a CSV file in Ribbn, you can quickly add all your sellers or customers to your system in bulk.


 Step-by-Step:

  1. Download the template
    Use this CSV template to ensure your data is correctly formatted.

  2. Fill out the file
    Add customer or seller details such as name, email, and phone number.

  3. Upload to Ribbn
    Go to your Customers section in the Ribbn Dashboard and upload the completed CSV file.

  4. Accounts are instantly created
    Once imported, user accounts are created automatically. They can log in using the email or phone number you provided, and will receive a one-time login code via SMS or email to access their accounts.
