How to send Bulk Message to sellers
When unexpected delays happen, or something has occured, keeping your sellers informed is critical. A simple, kind note can go a long way in maintaining trust and transparency.
Follow this step-by-step guide to send a bulk message to your sellers, using the built-in messaging tools.
Step 1: Navigate to the Products Dashboard
Start by going to your Products dashboard:

Go to Products > All Products

This will display your full catalog, including items that have been sold.
Step 2: Filter by Sold Date (or anything you wish to filter on to select the right sellers)
To target only sellers from recent sold dates:

Click the Filter button.

Choose Sold Date.

Select the time range for which you want to communicate (e.g., the past week, month, or a custom date range).
This helps you isolate only those items that were sold during the timeframe.
Step 3: Select All Relevant Items
After filtering:

Use the Select All checkbox to mark all the items in the filtered view.
Step 4: Send a Bulk Message
With your products selected:

Click on Bulk Edit.

Choose Message Sellers of selected Items.

A message window will pop up — craft a kind and informative note explaining the delay.
This message can be saved as template if you wish to reuse later on!
