đź“© How to set up Email Notifications

Email notifications keep your customers and sellers updated with order confirmations, refunds, shipping updates, store receipts, and general messages—like alerts about new chat messages or actions to take in the app. You manage all of these in one place, so everything stays consistent and easy to track.

5. Set Up Email Notifications

Control who gets notified—and how your emails appear to customers.

Go to: Settings icon (top right) > Customer Notifications > Notification Settings

Email Basics
Set which email addresses appear in your customer notifications:
  • Contact Email: The email customers can reply if they need support.

  • Sender Email: The “From” address that appears in their inbox.
    These can be the same for simplicity.

Header & Footer

  • Header: Upload your logo, set its width, add a link (to your website, for example), and adjust alignment for both the logo and title.

  • Footer: Enter your store’s address in the Footer Text field. Add links to your social media profiles—icons will appear automatically. Use the alignment toggle to adjust layout.

Styles
Customize the visual style of your notification emails:
  • Open the dropdown sections under Body, Header, Container, Button, and more.

  • Adjust background color, borders, and fonts.

  • Watch your edits update in the live preview on the left.

Staff Notifications
Set which team members get alerted about:
  1. New orders

  2. Returns

  3. (Optional) A copy of each customer notification

Tip: Add yourself first so you can test the full design flow. Once you’re happy with how things look, you can remove yourself or reassign as needed.
